Skywhisperu provides visa consultation and application assistance services. We do not guarantee visa approval, as final decisions rest with relevant government authorities.

You must provide accurate and complete information, respond promptly to requests, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Service fees are clearly communicated before engagement. Payments are non-refundable except in specific circumstances outlined in our refund policy.

Skywhisperu's liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for visa rejections, delays, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
